Checklist on How to Apply for Entry to MAC

Step 1: Read and understand MAC brochure in detail and Find out course information and complete all appropriate sections of Application Form. Attach enrolment fee of A$200 and following documents to the Application Form.

  • a copy of passport or birth of certificate
  • highest qualification
  • English Language report or certificate

Step 2: Receive a 'Letter of Offer' and 'Students Enrolment Agreement Form' from Melbourne Advanced College if the application is successful. Melbourne Advanced College assesses your application upon receipt of your application form, supporting documentation and fee in 3 days, if the applicant meets all entry requirements and that there is availability of places in the course chosen. A 'Letter of Offer' will be sent to you or your agent/education representative

Step 3:  Accept the Offer and sign the Agreement, pay the tuition fees, and go through enrolment procedures for the program of Melbourne Advanced College. Tuition fee payment can be posted to:

Step 4: Issue of 'Confirmation of Enrolment' form and obtain a VISA of passport. Prepare student visa application documentation, apply for ordinary visa or e-visa

Step 5: Once you have obtained your Australian Student Visa, you are then able to book and pay for your flights to Australia. You should arrange to arrive in Australia at least three days before the commencement date of the orientation program.
